After a long four month hiatus, the UEFA Champions League is set to officially begin. This year's qualification system did change a bit, but the format from here on out is still the same. 32 sides -- 8 groups of 4 teams each -- representing a total of 18 nations will partake in the most prestigious of club competitions this year. 16 of these clubs will move onto the knockout stages. I always thought Ronaldo was a baby. I might be a United fan and a fan of his game but I never tolerated his personal antics. He acts like a child who just had their pacifier taken from him. He needs to drop that act if he ever really wants to be respected in the Game.

Good call. I didn't get why he had Ronaldo up top and Rooney on the wing. I would have put Rooney up front and let Ronaldo start from the wing in the beginning. Also, I would have never started Ji-Sung Park or Anderson. I would have gone 4-3-3 and dropped one of those guys in favor of Tevez. Also he waited far too long to get Park and Anderson out of the game and Berbatov and Tevez in it. After the first 30 minutes it was clear that Park, Anderson, and Giggs were going to be worthless in that game. Sir Alex messed up. That much is clear and I am sad to say that.

I spent all morning and the early afternoon just waiting for the game only to be let down after 10 minutes. I don't think I ever saw United play worse then they did yesterday.
